I want to join the Navy Military Reserves (not active Duty), after I finish my Masters Degree. Will I be entering with a higher rank? What are the benefits of applying for the Navy Military Reserves with a Masters degree in Information Systems? Is it worth it?

you'll enter as a officer...work behind a desk (with your degree) but with some travel to help out where needed and make money to pay back school loans,,,but the most valuable thing you'll gain besides serving your country is experience and responsibly that a recent grad would never get right out of college, and if there is something new or "cutting field" in your area of expertise the military usually get the first look

It's called "U.S. Naval Reserve" You'd likely get a commission as an Ensign, if not, then you'd come in at a higher enlisted paygrade. Your degree might work well for the rating Information Systems Technician, or it will enable you if you take a commission to work in a technical field. From what I understand people with a CS/IT background qualify for the DCO program.
