Which is the better degree (bachelor of science in Computer Science) or Master of Science Information systems?

it really depends on the school. For examply, an MSIS from ITT technical insitute is not as good as a BS CS from Stanford. However, a MSIS from MIT is much better than a BSCS from Montana State. Again, it really depends on what you want to do, where you want to work, and exactly the position requires.

Well, a Master of Science is probably going to give you more opportunity since it is an advanced degree. However, you wouldn't be able to go into an MS program without a Bachelor's degree. Graduate programs require that you've completed an undergraduate (or bachelor's) degree.
